WHAT WE DO
Focused support for short films preparing their first release window.
POST-PRODUCTION
Selective post-production support for short films in the final stretch, from picture finishing and sound work through festival-ready DCP mastering. We work project by project, alongside the director and editor rather than replacing them.
Sound Design & Mix
Sound design, dialogue editing, and final mix sessions, scoped to each film’s complexity and schedule.
Color Grading
Grade passes aimed at preserving the director’s intent across theatrical and online delivery.
DCP & Mastering
Festival-compliant DCP creation, QC checks, and alternative deliverables (ProRes, H.264 screeners) for submission platforms.
Our Process
- 1. Post review
- 2. Scope & schedule
- 3. Working sessions
- 4. Picture & sound QC
- 5. DCP mastering
- 6. Final delivery

Discuss PostPOSITIONING & MATERIALS
Before a short film goes anywhere, we look at how it is framed. That includes the logline, synopsis, stills selection, poster direction, and trailer cut, so the work reads clearly whether a selector, a journalist, or an audience is seeing it for the first time.
Logline & Synopsis
Refine how the film is described in a paragraph, so the core idea lands immediately.
Visual Direction
Curate stills and shape a poster direction that match the tone of the film without over-selling it.
Trailer Positioning
Shape the trailer so it previews the world of the film without giving it away.
Our Process
- 1. Project review
- 2. Positioning read
- 3. Materials feedback
- 4. Draft sign-off
- 5. Final versions

Discuss PositioningSTRATEGY & SUBMISSIONS
Once direction is clear, we build a focused festival shortlist and a practical submission calendar, shaped by runtime, language, premiere history, audience fit, budget, and deadlines. Filmmakers submit directly and pay festival fees directly. We provide the map and the plan.
Festival Mapping
Targeted festival shortlist shaped by runtime, language, premiere status, and audience fit. Built for priority, not volume.
Tiered Submission Calendar
Priority rounds with budget logic and deadline tracking, rather than a scattergun submission list.
Premiere & Window Planning
Decisions around premiere position, timing, and first-window sequencing as responses come in.
Our Process
- 1. Strategy confirmation
- 2. Festival mapping
- 3. Priority tiering
- 4. Calendar build
- 5. Tracking setup
- 6. Next-window decisions

Discuss StrategyHOW WE WORK
We work project by project. Each engagement is shaped around the film’s stage and the filmmaker’s goals. Typically a one-time strategy fee, or a named inclusion on our release slate.
No Submission Proxy
We do not handle submissions on behalf of filmmakers. You keep control of your festival accounts and submit directly.
No Pass-Through Fees
We do not collect or mark up festival entry fees. Filmmakers pay festival platforms directly.
No Guarantees
We do not promise selections, outcomes, or commercial results. Strategy is an input, not a guarantee.
